Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

Excelente serviço e comida fantástica. Tomei um chá de jasmim e comi um bolo de chocolate tipo floresta negra. Tudo muito bom. The Imperial Cafe is considered one of the 10 most beautiful "cafes" in the world. The walls and ceiling are covered with ceramics and art nouveau mosaics. Great service and fantastic food. I had a jasmine tea and ate a black forest type chocolate cake. All very good.
