“Very cozy place! It was very cute and we loved the back porch. Very communicative hosts. Clean. Great location. 5 min walk to dock, grocery store, and restaurants. However because it’s so central in town, it can be noisy at night. Loud cars/bikes and sirens. The biggest short fallings of this place are that it takes at LEAST 10 min for the shower to warm up and that there is no central air conditioning. The hosts have a fan set up in the bedroom upstairs, but that’s it. This made sleeping……

“Cute room with fantastic daily cleaning by lovely lady. Great view, just as advertised. Quick access to lakefront restaurants or tuktuk ride up to Santa Cruz. Like everything around Lake Atitlan, the climb is up or down…not a problem for us, but could be with heavy suitcases.”

“This was an experience for me I’m not used to walking a lot so the walk up to the property was a little bit exhausting but once up there very worth it my view was amazing and the quietness and the property was just beautiful.”

“Beautiful and peaceful place to stay at Lake Atitlán. Amazing lake and volcano views, very clean cabins, and a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The hosts were welcoming and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns. Would definitely stay again.”
