The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. “Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel.
