Room was useable , no ac but supplied a fan. We had room facing park ,all nights were fine save 1 bunch of men in the street screaming cheering till 2a.m or 3 . Shower and bath were ok . Would be tough if in hot weather , average was 18c so nights were cool enough to sleep . Single beds small but comfortable enough . Location was really good ,great restraunts nearby, close to metro we were able to get to all the attractions we wanted to see quite easily .

The room we were in needed updating. The shower tub is worn down, old and needs caulking. There were 4-6 young men hanging out, talking loud and vaping outside the front door until 2am. Hotel management seemed not to care. We couldn't sleep. They returned the next morning at 7 am. More loud talking, cars parked with all doors open. Vaping up a storm. Also during the night loud metallic clanging down the stairs. Not sure what that was, but. Restaurant on the corner was good.

It is a very cute, budget friendly hotel in a very convenient location. You can walk almost everywhere from there. It is in the old building with spiral staircase, the elevator was added later, so it is small, maybe for one person and a large suitcase. The rooms are small, but well maintained and are facing a little park. Some details may show their age, but it is Paris and many buildings are like this. If you need absolute perfection, then this is maybe not a good choice, but for me it was perfect. The front desk staff is welcoming and very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

It was a good place for a couple of nights, service changes are good price and pretty close to Montmartre. The bistro, bar beside the hotel is great for morning and late night eats.

Small clean room but appropriate for our needs. Good continental breakfast. Close to the Metro. Plenty of cafés around. Very narrow and winding stairway, be cautious but it had a small elevator.

Nice hotel. My room overlooked the park. Great value for a room with a view in Paris. Walkable from Gare du Nord and close to public transport. Helpful, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord & Cadet Metro. Plenty of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Helpful & friendly Reception & cleaning staff. Breakfast was great. Room was clean

Great value for money, sublime location

Location is perfect, you have everything you need all within 2 mins, whereever you go. We had the 5th floor, 2 double opening doors towards the park. Park did have a alot of noice in the playground during the morning, and alot of noice during the evening from the ballpark. Beds were really uncomfortable for my taste. Service from the desk, and helpfullness were without a doubt most furfilling. I would definitely stay here again, if I were to stay at 9th.

Great older, charming property! Room was standard and clean. Loved the window and balcony overlooking the park across the street. Minus one star for the bed, I found it very uncomfortable. Basic but decent value

Good location, close to restaurants, bars and bakeries and metro stations. Very old building but so is most of Paris. Hotel is super basic but seemed clean. Relatively good value for 1 or 2 nights, wouldnt stay here any longer or in middle of summer as no AC
