"Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better to just stay in town. Do. Not. Come. Here."

"Whenever I am able to stay at Como Uma I do. Its the perfect first night stay into the Kingdom and the perfect place to stay the eve before departure. The spa is eceptional and I am always blessed they allow me to swim in the pool when I am able. The staff are always kind and caring and the food is excellent. "

"Good location. But when it rains, outside the hotel kind of stinks. Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail. Staff is fantastic. If you need something, it's just a call away and they respond right away. "Thought it would be noisy being at the Paro Main City but I was surprised with a very peaceful stay with a view of Paro Dzong on one side and Paddy Field view at other Side. Staff were so clam and fullfilled our every demand. Service was very flexible. Realy had a great stay. "
