The property is great, the host Nicolas is available and accomodate you very rapidly. Location is 10 minutes away from the center of the town and situated in a very quiet area. The pool is great and the view is fantastic....would recommend strongly...well done Nicolas

The perfect stay for our time in Paros. The property is only a short, easy walk into town and had everything we could need. Nikolas was extremely helpful with getting us to and from the property when arriving and leaving. He also gave wonderful and robust recommendations, and assisted us in booking a rental car.

Nickolas was sincerely the best host ever! Created an itinerary just for us! Picked us up and dropped us off at port! Honestly, we didn’t even leave but for the supermarket! And the villa felt like home! Was a much needed rest after a crazy party life In Mykonos! Property is beautiful with a wonderful pool and the city center is a walkable distance for anything you need! 5 star!!!

The owner is very nice and friendly. He provides free two ways transportation from and to the property; also a bottle of local rose wine is ready for our arrival as welcome gift. After settling down, he spent 20 minutes with us, explaining everything with the map of all of his recommendations of the island, cafe, restaurant, beach; everything is included so we can easily explore the island.

Fantastic stay in Paros. Nikolas was a superb host and provided us with excellent recommendations for eating and must see sites. He helped organise car hire also. Nikolas picked us up at the port on arrival and dropped us back on departure. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was great and had a daily cleaning service. It is an easy walking distance to the town and port area. We would definitely stay again if travelling through Paros.

Villa Tryfillia is a beautiful place located in a quiet area but only a 10minute walk into Paroikia town. Nicholas was attentive in providing excellent recommendations from eateries to places to see and do around the island. Daily cleaning is performed. A bottle of wine was provided upon arrival. The pool was nice to use occasionally which is shared with other travellers staying on the property in other apartments.

We had an awesome 4 night stay at the property. Nikolas was a great host providing a ride to and from the airport. He also took the time to sit down with us with a map of the island and gave us many recommondations for dining beaches, etc. It's a great location very close to town but yet very quiet and peaceful. This was a great place to stay with the kids. Nikolas picked us up from the port and took us straight to the hotel. It was very clean and spacious. Nikolas was great in answering any questions and very accommodating to our requests. The kids loved the pool. Very relaxing.

We stayed 3 nights as a family and had a lovely stay. Nikolas the owner couldn't be more helpful - picking us up from the port, dropping us at the airport and taking us to the car rental place. All his recommendations for restaurants, beaches and places to stay were great. The accommodation was lovely, clean and in a quiet spot only 10-15 min walk to the beach and town in Parakia. The kids were also very pleased with the wifi and netflix!

Perfect place to stay in Paros! My mom and I stayed here for one week mid September. 10/10. Nik was incredibly hospitable and kind. Transfers were included in the price which was great. He picked us up from the port and gave us an excellent introduction to the island. A bottle of wine met us upon arrival to the villa. Nik provided a map along with many many recommendations for food and activities. The villa itself is gorgeous, it is clean and spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is cleaned every afternoon and new towels are provided. Bottles of water were also provided upon request which we really appreciated. We were able to cook breakfast every morning and enjoyed our meals on the covered porch. The pool was great and a real treat after lots of exploration in the mornings. The villa is a short walk to the minimart (8 mins) and another 5 minutes to the main street and another 5 minutes to the port. We didn’t feel comfortable renting a vehicle however we didn’t mind a walk down to the port where we were able to easily access public transit. We recommend taking the water taxi to Antiparos and spending the day at the beach, wandering the shops and having dinner. Tickets are €7 one way but it was a cool boating experience! Can’t say enough about this villa, Nik and our overall experience. It was nice to be away from the busy main road and have our own private space to rest. Would most definitely stay again- only next time longer!

Nicholas made the experience unique. He reached out as soon as we booked to offer pick up at oyr arrival. The home was absolutely gorgeous! Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nicholas sat fown and gave us amazing suggestions on sight seeing and wonderful restaurants. He even helped us dry our laundry in time to leave. Our teenagers said it was their favorite place. At the end of our trip, Nicholas arranged to bring our luggage to the port so we could have the afternoon to walk around the old town. A truly amazing experience, Hope to come back very soon. Already recommended it to our family and friends!

Excellent stay at this beautiful villa! Villa very spacious with good size living area and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and good amount of storage for your clothes. Powerful shower and great mountain views from your private balcony. Nikolas the owner provided free transport from the port and gave us lots of helpful information and helped us with car hire. It's about a 20 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend to stay here. Just perfect!

Our stay at Villa Trifylia was perfect! The place is really nice, spacious and well located. It is around 10 mins walk from the port town of Parikia, but feels secluded and private. Would recommend a car to get around the island. Nikolas picked us up from the port and was really helpful in giving us tips for things to do and see, and helping us arrange things such as car and boat hire. He dropped our bags at the port for us the day we left to allow us to enjoy the morning in the town without carrying around luggage. He made himself available whenever we needed him and was very responsive. A great host! The only negative is that he is a Man Utd supporter - but nobody's perfect. The place itself is really clean and well furnished. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Both beach and bath towels are provided along with toiletry essentials. These were replaced every day. Overall our stay was extremely comfortable and great value. The garden is really nice if you want some time to relax and enjoy the pool. Very green and not overlooked by any neighbours, with comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the setting. I cannot recommend this place enough and would certainly stay again if visiting Paros in the future.

Best accommodation in Paros!
We were very happy to have stayed at Villa Tryfilia. The house was spacious l, beautiful and comfortable. High quality linens and towels, bath products, drinks and even some dry produce are provided, if ever you’ll need them for cooking. The location was perfect- everything on the island was within a 20-30 min drive. We can easily walk to the town (Parikia) and wander around. There are also shops and cafes that are a 5 min walk from the house. Nikolas was a gracious and very responsive host. He made everything easy for us - from picking us up at the airport to giving us recommendations on where to go and what to eat. There’s a great BBQ pit that you can use. The pool looks so inviting but we didn’t have time to try it. Perhaps next time. We hope to come back someday!

Nikolas est un hote parfait: accueil chaleureux, conseils précieux pour les visites, les plages, les restaurants. Il est toujours disponible et avenant. Villa tres agréable à 15 minutes a pieds du centre et au calme, parking, piscine, jardin. Super sejour a Paros ou on a envie de retourner, ne serait-ce que pour la gentillesse et l'hospitalité de Nikolas!

Je recommande fortement, idéalement placé à 10min à pied du centre de Parikia. Nous avons très bien été accueillis, Nicolas était aux petits soins et nous a conseillé les restos et activités aux environs. L’appartement était très propre et les extérieurs sont bien entretenus.

We had a great stay. A peaceful place in the countryside within walking distance of the ferry port and town center. The villa is new with a spacious garden where the guests can relax by the pool or barbeque. The loving, friendly and helpful host Nikolas gave us an excellent service by picking us up and dropping us to the ferry terminal. He also recommended what to see, where to go and where to eat at the island. We would absolutely be staying again at Villa Trifylia <3 <3
