Beach View Penthouse "Ask Mike about Free Nights"

The perfect Couple Retreat or Family Vacation Property found in a quite residential area on the west end of the Beach and close to great dining around the Pass Harbor.

This beautiful Penthouse Suite, steps from our white sandy beach has a treehouse-like quality nestled among 300 year old
Spanish Oaks, enjoys cooling, relaxing breezes and a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property includes a 400 sq. ft. private balcony porch overlooking the Gulf and a 850 sq. ft. unit which accommodates two adults in a private suite and up to an additional 4 young people with a second small bunk bed room and a living room with two chair sleepers. The living room includes a kitchnette with sink, mini refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker and microwave.

The Jack & Jill bathroom arrangement gives each sleeping area a private 1/2 bath and access to a common shower area which can be secured for privacty. The unit includes a full laundry accessed from the main hallway

The unit is accesseed by a private stairway and has an enclosed cargo lift for luggage and supplies, which is accessed from inside the unit.

There is a shared common area on the ground floor with a outdoor kitchen area for grilling. Beach supplies are provided, including a beach cart, umbrella, chairs and beach towels.

Ask Mike about our "Specials" we offer from time to time. Book a three night, Thursday thru Saturday and get a free night Wednesday or Sunday. Book a five day Tuesday thru Saturday and get two free nights, Sunday and Monday. Specials may not be available during Holiday or Special Event weeks, but check with me anyway, especially for last minute bookings, the property may be available for a booking.

The penthouse was a great space for three adults (my husband, my brother, and myself). My husband and I slept in the bedroom, and my brother was surprisingly comfortable sleeping on one of the bunkbeds. The room was stocked with snacks when we arrived, and it was easy to reach the owner to answer a question that we had. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! We were in the area for a week long event and only spent time in the penthouse in the evenings.The space was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The deck is fabulous, with a view of the beach through huge oak trees. Be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the penthouse, but it’s worth it once you get there! There is a lift for your luggage and anything else you need to transport to the penthouse. The house is on the west side of Pass Christian, so it’s close to Bay Saint Louis as well as all the Pass and Long Beach have to offer. We would definitely recommend this delightful property!

We had a fantastic time! Might be better suited for a married ciuple with young children, but we made do! Bunk beds and fold-out chairs were tough for us, but the space was so totally delightful that we just fell in love with it. All those stairs were a challenge for me, but everyone else did great, and the luggage lift made it so easy to move in and out. Thanks, Mike! We lived it and really enjoyed chattung with you and your wife!

This location was a weekend stay for us. We were looking for a very relaxing environment close the to beach. This place fit the bill. It was within walking distance of the beach. The house was very clean and had great decor. The patio was a great place to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. We will be returning!

The Penthouse was perfect and beautiful. The location was amazing and it was so nice having chairs and umbrellas and a beach blanket and coolers and a wagon available to use to just walk across to the beach daily. The beach felt like we had it all to ourselves and we saw dolphins one day while there! Restaurants and cute little shops were within 5-10 minutes each way. Would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse Paradise
My wife and I spent three nights in Mike’s masterpiece of a penthouse (a true craftsman!) and can not speak any higher of the accommodations, the view, the location, the deck, absolutely everything was as perfect of a VRBO experience as you can hope for. Mike and his wife are wonderful. Apart from bringing a cooler of ice up to us, they offered us their spot in the car port when a storm rolled in so we wouldn’t have to get wet or have to pay the deposit for damage on the rental car if it hailed. Spring Break Get-a-way
The property was fantastic and the owners are great. It was just prefect for the four of us for a long weekend. The property is located just off the beach, and close to all the MS coastal towns, and just 5 minutes from Bay St. Louis. We will return and will seek this property again. The penthouse suite is newly constructed and equipped with everything you need. The living room serves also as a bedroom with a pull-out queen size sofa bed that was fine for my two teenage girls. There were blow-up mattresses also available if needed. The master bedroom, bathroom were nicely done, and the unit has a great balcony. Mike, the owner, was always quick to answer questions. He provides his cell for questions.
