"A relatively new hotel since April, 2019. Big rooms, and gently nicely firm bed. Rooms made for long stay but only 2 large bath towels supplied. No hand towels or wash clothes. Front office personnel very nice but limited as to their knowledge of local place to eat. Several around the corner that they were unaware of. Jean very nice but only her 3rd day there so not expected to know. Khun Sach very helpful with getting a sim card. Location ok but must walk a bit to see anything. TV basically...

"Best breakfast we had during our one week in Laos, good size room and good quality bed. Clean and well maintained, nice pool area. We booked a room with a balcony because we wanted to enjoy morning coffee/evening drink - it does not come with any furniture though and that is a shame. What is the point of a balcony if there is nowhere to sit? Other than that, most recommended. Location convenient (bikes and motorbikes for rent just across the street) and walking distance to the night market."

"Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."
