“The property was spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated. The twice weekly change over of towels etc was a nice touch. The kitchenware could do with a restock and update and a washing machine would be a bonus. The pool was kept sparkling. The location is great if you want seclusion and privacy but it’s quite isolated - a car or scooter is a must.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 10 minutes walk from lovely Loggos, which if you’re fit and active is absolutely fine and means you have the benefit of a quiet spot. Two good sized bedrooms, and a perfectly adequate kitchen / living area, which would be small for a winter stay but as we were outside almost the whole time was great - we didn’t need an indoor table. “We had a wonderful week at this modern, beautiful villa which is within walking distance of Gaios town. The terraces and pool area are particularly wonderful. You don’t really need a car because the supermarkets will do delivery if you spend over a certain amount. If you want to tour the island you might prefer to hire a motor boat as we did with the help of Andreas who gave us excellent recommendations. We also appreciated the regular cleaning service. “The villa matched our needs perfectly. The swimming pool was amazing after a day in the sun and the air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us just the right temperature.”

“Fantastic location for a family villa, benefitting from a fantastic ocean view and with a private beach bar 5 mins walk one way plus a beach bar 10 mins the other. House is perfect for two families or larger families, with the the two levels of the house capable of working independently and therefore providing space and privacy when needed. Highly recommended”

“A very well maintained property with very pretty gardens and the most amazing views from upstairs. It is on a sharp bend so there is some traffic but not enough to be of concern but it’s not totally quiet. The owners are lovely altho don’t speak English but we managed with Google translate and they were very helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped and we used the bbq and pizza oven while we were there. There is a regular emptying of bins n change of bedding n towels too. Lovely pool area.……

“This amazingly located property was our home for two glorious weeks. We really enjoyed the adventure of the rustic path down to the beaches and into town and the view of the port was magic. This is a very spacious and well appointed home for your stay. We cooked meals and did laundry and we felt very at home. Directions and check in info was excellent and Agni Travel was great with providing info about taxis and other tips and assistance throughout the trip. Here’s the bad: the drains in this……

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 notti in questa fantastica abitazione, che dista circa 5 minuti dal centro di Gaios. La casa è semplicemente perfetta: pulita, spaziosa, luminosa, arredata in modo meraviglioso, molto accogliente, dotata di un vasto terrazzo. La sua bellezza è sicuramente impreziosita dall'accoglienza che i proprietari ci hanno fatto. La signora Giorgia e il figlio Vasileios sono davvero due splendide persone. Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, e al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare……

“Lovely spacious accommodation (we were just 2 people). Bedroom is on the lower floor making it cooler, together with the (two!) bathrooms. Good water pressure in the showers, quiet air con, efficient wifi. Location is lovely. There's a little rugged footpath next to the property which takes you down to the beach by the Harami bar (excellent food), from where you can walk along the waterfront to town - a pretty walk but does require flat shoes and a bit of scrambling. You will need to arrive with……

“Wer einen ruhigen, idyllischen und besonderen Ort sucht, ist in der Villa Elaia richtig. Der Ausblick ist Wahnsinn! Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Toll war auch das Bücherregal, an dem man sich bedienen konnte. Der Weg nach Gaios ist möglich, jedoch beschwerlich (steil, Nachts ohne Beleuchtung, holprig). 1-2 Mal machbar. Auf Dauer ist jedoch ein Transportmittel sehr zu empfehlen! Die Vermieterin Evi steht jederzeit bereit für Tipps, bei Anliegen und auch für den einen oder anderen……

“Room and bathroom very clean with great view from balcony. Complete equipment to warm/cook our food and eating in the room. Location very great.. its very relax and the bay lagoon so wonderful with Crystal clear sea water, safe to swim, sand very soft. Really enjoyed the swimming. Close to walk to the nearest lakka taverna with amazing view along the walking. The host and staff very nice and helpful arrange for transport. ”
