"We had a fantastic time over the holiday weekend, and the host was very communicative and gracious with everything we needed. The place is incredibly well stocked from kitchen supplies, guest snacks, plentiful coffee options, toiletries, beach towels and umbrellas. It is hard to think about what our host did not include in making sure the stay was wonderfully hospitable. "The desk clerk got defensive upon check-in when I asked if I could have a "more economical room" (lower rate) than what was booked, if such was available. I thought it was a simple question. After their negative reaction I didn't bother asking anymore questions. When I walked into the room, I found the bed had not been made since the previous guest's stay! The staff, however, was cheerful and apologetic in giving me another room."
