“It was ok”

“We had a rough experience. 1:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off in our room. Maintenance took look at it, and unplugged the speaker. They reset the system, plugged it back in, and apologized. We went back to bed, and then it happened again. They reset it a 2nd time and finally fixed the issue. It ended up taking over 2 hours. We requested another room, but that never happened. They did not offer to comp the room, nor to try to accommodate us at all. We spoke to the manager on the way out……

“DO NOT RECOMMEND. GHETTO AS CAN BE!! When we first checked in to our room, the key worked fine, we filled up our fridge with our drinks/snack and organized our travel clothes and toiletries. We left to the casino and returned to our room around 3am in which our room key no longer worker. We informed the front office, they gave us a new key, which did not work. The worker came to open our door with the master key, which still did not work. He mentioned that a lot of the times the property has……

“Needs a lot of care. Holes in the walls. Beds need update and restrooms need restorations. ”

“The rooms definitely need some updates they had 1 elevator working And sometimes it wouldn't stop and pickup on the parking levels it was very frustrating”
