“Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. "I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
