Perry is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature a pleasant king bed in one room and a perfect queen bed in the other. PET OWNERS: While the back yard is a nice size, there is NO fenced in area. You have to walk your pups on a lease and pick up after them. And you MUST add them to your reservation.

This home is located less than 1 mile to all the downtown fun! Sidewalks are available if you choose to walk. The kitchen does include a Keurig a microwave a full-size fridge and stove. The home is 3 miles from the Georgia national Fairgrounds. Also be aware this home is located near a sawmill so you will smell that sawmill. Most love that smell but some may not.
