Views of the energetic town of Pescia and of the verdant Tuscan wine country are visible from Sospirata Farmhouse sunny terrace by the olive groves. In about 15 minutes drive you can be browsing local groceries, wine shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants, and whole medieval town featuring one of Tuscany’s finest architecture.
Inside, a contemporary design scheme creates a light and airy ambiance. beamed ceilings, stone walls, and polished wood accents complement a variety of sumptuous cosy furnishings. Expansive glass walls let in an abundance of natural light, illuminating the open-concept space, modern décor, and vivid objects that punctuate the interiors. What better way to start your day than with a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the sheltered terrace? At the edge of the patio, olive and fruit trees sway in the balmy breeze. Nothing is more relaxing at the end of an adventure-filled day than savouring a meal alfresco with a flavourful bottle of wine.
The house can be reached via a narrow, uphill road, approximately 1.5 km long, with some tight hairpin bends. May not be suitable for nervous drivers. But don't be impressed, because it's really worth it; and after the first climb you immediately become practical (please see the photo in the gallery). The parking area is not conducive to accommodating long vehicles .
We suggest that guests plan to arrive by 4:00 PM, especially in winter, as the road's narrow and winding nature can make driving after dark more challenging and potentially unsafe."
In consideration of the property's location and layout, we kindly advise that it may not be suitable for families with young children.

Ground Floor: grand living and dining areas, kitchen, opening onto the outdoor veranda/porch 1 bathroom with shower.
First Floor: 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
The air conditioning unit is located in the master bedroom.
Please note that Sospirata is a tranquil retreat, it is nestled in nature, and you may occasionally encounter friendly cats from the neighbouring properties who roam freely. These cats are not owned by Sospirata, but they do sometimes visit the grounds. Therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies.
