Two brand new 55 inch and 43 Roku tv with all the streaming services; Disney+, HBO, Apple TV and you’ll be able to use your own account for Hulu and Netflix.

Your cozy getaway awaits in Phoenix at this superb house. With 3 pleasant bedrooms featuring queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, and an additional living room space with a sofa bed, this fantastic property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out the trash and put it in the bin outside(extra trash bags are at the bottom of the trash can or under the kitchen sink) Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink, put in dishwasher
Put all used towels, pillow cases and bedsheets inside the laundry basket in the laundry room.
Please turn off all the lights including the one in the backyard. Please hit the Kwiset on the keypad to lock the door when exiting.

It is very clean and comfortable. The pool is nice. It was still too cool for me , but my husband swam. The weather couldn't have been better. I enjoyed my morning coffee at the table outaide. Great location.
