This is a very private and well-maintained detached house in 1 acre property located at the BACK RIGHT SIDE of the owner's house. This is totally a separate building for total privacy. You will be blown away with spacious quartz kitchen island, modern fixtures, big bathroom with luxurious RAIN SHOWER, SHUTTERS, comfortable HYBRID mattresses and HYPOALLERGENIC luxury pillows. There is a pickleball shared with other guests/owners, players need to sign a waiver form. There is no lights at the Pickleball court, only play when the sun is up.
