Best location for our medical tourism stay. Close to Music Instrument Museum, Desert Ridge Mall and too many restaurants to count. Mayo Clinic was 5-7 minutes away. Property owner was responsive to our questions and needs.

Peaceful, beautiful, private patio and pool area

The home is quite comfortable and the patio/pool area is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to major road access. The grill was not working and needs to be replaced. The patio glass table sits on a not-very-stable wicker base. Would not want kids around it.

The property was as advertised. There is a lot of room in the kitchen and family room, which has a lot of open space. Quiet neighborhood. The pool area was great. The pool has a few steps at one end that were perfect for our 2-year-old grandchild to wade in. Great experience and would definitely stay their again!

Great location and relaxing pool area.

We were thankful to have this vacation home to come back to after our days of adventuring around Scottsdale. Relaxing poolside is nice even if it was too cool to swim. This rental is nicely stocked with kitchen essentials. (I hate it when I have to buy things like salt and pepper.) There was a few bath items missing though, but I spoke with the owner regarding it and she will be correcting the oversight. Communication was good.

The best thing about is house is the pool area. The sectional in the living room is very comfortable, we never used the dining room but the table is beautiful. Very nice home in a nice small gated community.plan to stay The owner was super with communication too when we had a question. Will stay here again.

Beautiful home

Great home for the rate paid. House had everything available. Garage door was not functional. We had some issues with critters. Owner uses a pest service monthly and was very responsive to sending someone over. Considering the time of year we understood. Issue was resolved. Other than that the house was very clean and decor was great. House is in a gated community in a great area of north Scottsdale

Nice home

The house was very clean and well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable but it is literally 37” off the ground. Our toddler granddaughter visited us a few times. There is a safety gate for the pool but otherwise there are no provisions for young children at the house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent neighborhood

The home is in a gated community, lots of privacy with how the homes are arranged and great floor plan. Well maintained home that is very comfortable. Please note that Master bed is extremely high up off the ground. It would have been nice to have a step stool to get in and out safely. Would highly recommend this home.

Very relaxing desert oasis

This property was exactly as advertised. The pool and back yard was very quiet, lush, private, and relaxing. The owner was very very responsive with any issues we had and took appropriate steps to correct any issues that occurred. The house numbers are very hard to see at night so arrival the very first night after a long day of travel was a little stressful but that was the only stressful part. We all ended up getting a virus and spent our last 4 nights sick on the couch but the house allowed us to have a very restful sick days. We stayed with a 21 month old and had to move some small statues but she really enjoyed the bench on the kitchen table as it was a perfect height to be her table. We plan to stay again in this property. Definitely 5 star visit.

Beautiful and comfortable, close to Mayo

Jacquelyn was very responsive. The house and pool were so nice and welcoming. My spouse had some complications after surgery, which required that we extend our stay. The owner was able to work it out so we could stay a little longer (by delaying her own trip), which helped out a lot. The neighborhood and location are wonderful. It's around 2 easy miles to the Mayo Clinic, and there are grocery stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. The landscaping throughout the gated community is very pretty as well. I would stay here again!

Family Christmas

Wow! What can I say! We attended a family reunion Christmas at our son’s place with 17 people coming in from several states. This lovely home hosted four of us and was a 2 minute walk from our son’s place. Perfect location! Warmly decorated with Mexican folk art and a heated pool! This place was perfect! We appreciated the well equipped kitchen too. The host was easy to reach and so courteous. Thank you Jackie for making our Christmas extra special ❤️

Nice home, yet difficulty with fees

Overall the home was nice and well taken care of. Had issues receiving back the full amount I paid for a night after cancelling one night. This was frustrating as it said I was in the fully refundable window. I was also charged $80 for a heated pool, yet the pool was not heated and had debris in it. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Magnificent property

Open design gives a wonderful space to visit with family. Smartly decorated to reflect the area. Gated community gives a great sense of security. Wonderful area for a visit. I highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return !!

1st visit to Scottsdale-Phoenix area

The property was very nice and the pictures and description accurately reflected the rooms and amenities. Would have liked to have had a chance to use the pool, but the weather was a little too cool for that. The bed in the master bedroom is very high so my wife had to use a step-stool to get into it. Also there aren't any USB ports anywhere in the house for connecting chargers so bring your AC adapters. Other than those minor inconveniences everything was great. The bed and other furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully furnished. Thank you, Jackie, for sharing your house with us.
