Perfect Spot

Perfect space for our family gathering. Property is nice with outdoor spaces to relax by the fire pit or the pool while grilling and enjoying family time. Contacting the host was easy and no issues getting in. The sliding door to the backyard is hard to open but we still had a great time.

Good Stay

Property clean, beds comfortable. Lots of space. It took about 5 hours for the converted garage room to cool down with the mini split air conditioner that is there. The mini split was leaking significantly, running down the wall and soaking the area rug. Home is very clean and well equipt with utensils, dishes, etc...Back sliding door could use some attention(grease), backyard string lights do not work, making the yard dark at night when it is cool enough to play. Pool is wonderful with a great sundeck. Great proximity to the river and downtown areas. We had a great trip overall.

Great stay

Perfect place for a guys golf trip (12). Clean bathrooms and furniture, appliances were in great shape, plenty of beds and space, and a warm pool. As mentioned in other reviews, the games advertised were not available (no cornhole boards, foosball table broken), but we brought some toys in anticipation and had a blast. Would stay here again.

Our family had a great time at this location. Very clean, modern, and not overly furnished. The back sliding door was difficult to open and needed to be greased up, but otherwise everything was good. Plenty of towels and little guest boxes with complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice touch!

Cleaning crew was still there at check in. Had to call to get code to get in. The place nice in size never could get hot water in kitchen sink. Should maybe have a binder that lets you know how things work in house and thing's around the area. Called no one new anything about parking permits.

Local staycation

We were looking for local staycation with a pool since we don’t have one. House was nice and big, amenities provided which were helpful and the set up outside is very comfy. My only challenge was check in. I’ve never used goodnight stay, but I think the check in process was difficult and confusing. There are a lot of steps that aren’t clear, or clear about the why. I tend to like as many details as possible but when there are too many, and I feel like I’m self sufficient I tend to ignore alot of the informationor kind of become frustrated with the process. If I was booking through VRBO in the future if it was a goodnight stay managed house I might choose something else.

Clean and quiet

Came for spring training. Very easy to check in. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Large and open floor plan. There is a charge to heat the pool which I wasn’t aware of. Didn’t end up using the pool at all.

Worked for our group

Sliding door doesn’t open. Even after calling in to ask about the sliding door, we still couldn’t get it to open. The lights in the kitchen did not turn on. A lot of light switches that did not function. The front shower the water took long time to get hot and the dryer needed to go through 2 cycles to dry the clothes.

Hospital Visits for my Daughter

I would say the overall condition of this house is probably about a seven some things definitely could be refreshed, but the first thing that should be refreshed is the carpeted rooms. I feel like they’re very uncleanly and unsightly. But other than that everything was very nice and easy and very smooth. I do think some of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. But pretty minor stuff, we had a pretty successful stay and hopefully my daughter will be undergoing surgery in the next month or so and I’ll be back

I was disappointed.

The pool was about a foot low on water, green and full of leaves when we arrived. The management company was very helpful and sent the pool company out the following day. However, the pool pump was broke and we were never able to swim. The internet did not work when we arrived, the management company called the owners and within a few hours it was working. The house overall was okay for the business trip we used it for. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Also the front porch light didn’t work, leaving in the early mornings 4:00 am as we did, made it a bid unsafe if we were not in a group. I feel this is an investment property and didn’t have the “home” feel with most VRBO I have stayed at in the past.

Spacious House for Quiet Getaway

We had a lovely stay with 9 adults for a birthday at this property! The common areas were quite spacious with plenty of seating! The backyard and pool were also spacious and cozy. The fire pit was especially fun! We had basically everything we needed--including plenty of pool towels. The bathrooms were also large with multiple sinks for simultaneous getting ready purposes! Communication with the property manager was timely and helpful! My only word of advice about the property is the neighborhood very clearly does not want visitors. It is illegal to park on the street (I saw a car get towed while I was there) and there are multiple signs in the home about being quiet during the whole stay--with very clear warnings that police WILL be called if the noise can basically be heard outside of the house. The neighborhood rule is all gathering must be inside from 10 PM on, which puts a little damper on the great outdoor area. We weren't having a wild gathering by any means, but the excessive warnings made us nervous about racking up a fine just from listening to music while in the pool. Overall, a great stay for our quiet little crew!

Good location great space

When we arrived, we noticed a few issues with the home with several things that had been broken previous to our stay. The management company was very responsive and offered to come send someone out to address those issues if needed during our stay. They were respectful since we had several young kids to fix it after we departed. The house was great, the backyard is super fun with the cornhole set and pool. Definitely would need to heat it if adults are swimming in it in November, but our kids did go for a quick dip. The house was not extremely clean when we showed up, so we cleaned a bit upon arrival. The bedrooms accommodated our group of 11 people and even though we had two babies, everyone slept pretty well. I will mention that a few of the beds are a bit shorter than normal beds. It wasn’t an issue for most of us but my husband and brother both mentioned their feet hung off several inches. All in all this house was great for what we needed and despite several home repairs needing to be done, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
