It was very private, with our own entry and parking area. We loved the décor, comfort of the bed, sunlight streaming into the kitchen in the morning and all the extra touches. The location is great for visits to Scottsdale, Tortilla Flats, downtown and many other locations. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Fully equipped kitchen, Which was very handy so you didn’t have to eat out all the time. Loved how the toilet and shower were separated from the sink area in the bathroom. Though some rods for hanging your towels would be useful. Also blinds in the kitchen area would be nice if you’re utilizing the living room for sleeping more people. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep on, but also as fold out couches go wasn’t expecting it to be. Sure perfect for kids. Believe they also have a blow up mattress available, which we didn’t ask for. As the other person we were with said they were fine with the couch. Know another reviewer complained about the owners being loud. The kitchen was super cute, but, since it lacked upper cabinets, you basically had to get on your knees to access the dinner ware. We suggested to the owner that some shelves in the kitchen would be quite helpful as well as some towel bars in the bathroom for drying bath towels. (We hung them over the doors) This place is great as long as you don't mind noise from the family below. This rental is directly above the family's living room. The bed is directly above the front door, which when it is used (slammed) will wake you from a sound sleep. The piano is played almost every day (as late as 9:30 pm) We dreaded the weekends and actually tried to make plans to be gone.
