The house was both spacious & clean. The host was always quick to respond. Very kid friendly (both young and old enjoyed the arcade games). We did a lot of cooking during our stay-the kitchen was very well equipped (pots, pans, plates, eating utensils, mixer, blender, Kuerig, electric coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and small kitchen gadgets like garlic press, hand juicer, a tool for avocados, grilling utensils, hot pads, dish towels. The home has a washer/dryer & dishwasher. We were there for most of November so didn’t use the pool or hot tub but did enjoy sitting around the pool area. We were there for medical purposes so worked well as close to St. Joseph hospital. Also close to shopping (both grocery and retail) and several restaurants and coffee shops. A 20 minute drive to Sky Harbor airport and a 40 minute drive to the Mesa airport. Downtown Scottsdale also about 20-30 minutes away upon traffic.

Overall loved the house. The refrigerator had an issue, door would not shut tightly without assistance every time.The host was very responsive whenever we had a question.The pool was beautiful, I do think they need to go through their pool floats and pitch quite of few of them.Got a lot of use out of the outdoor grill also.I was also thankful they had 2 garbage bins and 2 recycling bins! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Close to everything!

The location of this property was perfect, we could be to most things within 15 mins or less and anything else was within 15-30 minutes. The video games were a big hit with the kids! There were plenty of lounge chairs, the pool was the perfect size with lots of floaties to go around. The house is very close to the freeway, but most the the time it became white noise and we hardly noticed it. Guests should be advised that there are lots of cameras on the property, however the same would be true if you were staying at a hotel, so we didn’t think much of it. The host, Joel, was great to work with, he communicated clearly and often, there were no surprises. The house comes with lots of rules, but they’re all reasonable. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the house and the host.

Family memories

We were in town for a family wedding on Saturday. On Sunday, as we have done before and with the permission of the host, we hosted a catered family brunch poolside as family members were leaving for the airport. The weather was fantastic, and the backyard was beautiful. We created lasting memories.

Wonderful house in a great location.

We stayed in this house for a Thanksgiving family get together. Joel was an excellent host who was readily available to manage any issues. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 adults. The neighborhood has some great restaurants within easy walking distance and the close proximity to the freeway allowed for easy access to area activities.

Overall, very pleasant’

To summarize the host was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend staying in one of his properties. I would also recommend staying in this particular property. The house was comfortable. It was clean. It was nice and it was accommodating. I would overall give the whole experience for a five stars only because I was not at all and happy with the home. I felt like I was Pictures in the post, misrepresent the actual size of the house. I really don’t mean this negatively but I pjust Wish this was something I know before I booked because as much as I love this house, I think I would’ve stayed somewhere else for my specific wants for this trip. This was a big celebration & we wanted to do a big trip this house looks like a beautiful giant castle that you almost have to use a walkie-talkie to talk through. I’ve never stayed in the house like that. I was so excited. And again this house is huge and it is beautiful. Compared to the pictures it’s really only bigger than the average size houses that are surrounding it in the neighborhood. I assumed this would be a fancy neighborhood to hold such a fancy house, but it kind of stood out the neighborhood. The front patio is not that private because of the house directly in front of you and also the balcony faces the house in front of you with the two person limit so we couldn’t even enjoy out there at night. The backyard also is gorgeous, but smaller than it looks, and we paid for the pool To be heated but it was still cool never warm

Great property

We had a wonderful stay! So much fun in the pool! Was great that there was some pool toys so we didnt have to buy any. Loved the arcade games! Got 3 of the 5 high score spots on Galaga but couldnt beat the #1! Great location and some amazing restaurants really close by. Will definitely stay again next time we are in AZ.

Excellent Experience

The place was very clean and nice. The arcade games were fun and the pool was great. Joel was excellent to deal with, he communicated all of the info that we needed clearly and in a timeful manner. We will stay here again the next time we come to Phoenix.

Great house to just chill at home

House came with all necessary essentials. Backyard was perfectly layout to enjoy the outdoor with plenty of sitting for both sun lovers and shade lovers. Tons of local restaurants, cutout the cooking and cleaning and just enjoy hanging out time.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in Arizona. The accommodations put it over the top. The house is stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Josh was very attentive and made sure we got in okay. We would definitely stay there again.
