The house was extremely clean and the property management company was extremely attentive and timely with responses. We ended up adding on 2 extra nights, as we weren't ready to leave. When we first arrived the home was very chilly. The heater wasn't working in one half of the house (there is a split system). I let the property manager know right away and they had someone fix it the next day. Great communication! The home is very spacious and comfortable. My son and hubby loved the shuffle board game! The pool ended up being a tad chilly due to the cold weather but we enjoyed the hot tub. The washer was pretty clean as well. Usually the washers in VRBO's are disgusting. I want to emphasize how quiet it is in this neighborhood!
