We had the information we needed for check in in a timely manner and they were very quick to respond to our questions or needs. The house was very clean and well arranged for the four of us and our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for Ginger to roam around in. It was relaxing to have enough bedrooms that we had privacy and a place to retreat when tired and to not bother others. We had a lot of fun playing the oversized Connect Four game and Cornhole. The neighborhood was quiet. We were happy with the accommodations and would stay there again. The house was perfect for our guests with three bedrooms. The backyard was HUGE with games and fully enclosed so we could just let our dog out to roam. We could sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or sit at the table in the kitchen with the door open to enjoy the great weather. The house was walking distance from downtown Gilbert which had amazing restaurants. We had an incredible month and will return next year! Gina and Ryan were great at communicating and even brought over a fire pit. They also provided great recommendations in the area. I didn't use the kitchen during my stay, but just from what I saw, it had everything you might need. The coffee bar was a great plus. I enjoyed it's location; it was an easy drive to the airport and downtown Gilbert was a treat. There were more than enough grocery, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was nice to enjoy some sunshine. Special shout out to the property owners - they did an outstanding job with this home. It was clear they put a lot of thought and care into their property. They were always super quick to communicate with me anytime I messaged with a question. They were kind and understanding when my travel plans changed.
