One of Phoenix’s hidden gems! Stretches for miles in both directions. Head toward Old Town to pass the lively Waterfront District, sometimes glowing with twinkling lights and art installations. Go the other way to find Arizona Falls, a beautiful historic spot where water cascades over natural rock formations.

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of one interior closet for our cleaning and turnover supplies.
Other things to note
***PLEASE READ: Road noise - The house is adjacent to Indian School Road, a moderately trafficked road that leads directly into Old Town Scottsdale. It’s position in the neighborhood leads to unparalleled, unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain but there is the hum of road noise. The pool’s waterfall does a good job of drowning it out and there are sound machines in every bedroom. However, if you are a light sleeper or are generally sensitive to road noise, this house may not be suitable.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
