"Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. Clean room, wonderful waterfall shower, comfy beds, robes, slippers, flip flops, hair drier, flat iron, many toiletries, water bottles, tea, coffee, quiet Breakfast buffet is massive and goes until 1pm. We didnt eat lunch...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Banyantree Sanya with very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially we do appreciate Peter’s support throughout our stay. Although it was not warm enough for swimming, it was great to take outdoor bathtub and jacuzzi under the moonlight."

"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてよかったです。シャワーが壊れていて残念でした。水が出ないわけではなかったのですが、横からかなり漏れていました。朝食は普通でした。果物などもっと美味しいかとおもっていましたが、それほどではなかっだので残念です。立地が主要な観光地より少し離れていてあまりよくないので、ホテルからもう少しほかのところへ出かける手段を提供してほしいです。一日5本ほど近くのビーチに送ってくれる車はありましたが、少ないですし、帰りは自分で帰ってこないといけないのが不便でした。もう少しホテルスタッフに英語が話せる人が欲しい。"

The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. No bellboy here. "
