The hotel staff and the breakfasts were very nice. For the rooms, the design of the washroom and the overall tidiness shall be improved.

We keep hearing the low frequency noise from the tram or the train. It really annoys us. We respond to the front desk regarding the bidet is out of order in the first day, but it still remains the same when we check-out 3 days later.
