We loved this rental! The location by the river, close enough to the parkway, was so peaceful. There’s enough space for our family to play games, watch TV, or relax on the porches or by the river. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and spent time walking around the neighborhood
This place was the perfect spot! We wanted to be close to things but able to go back if we wanted to rest. It turns out our 3 kids had so much fun fishing on the river that we stayed there for most of the trip! Communication was great too!
Location was great.
House was clean and inviting. Everything was as advertised. Sitting on the swing drinking coffee and watching the river was wonderful. Would recomend to anyone looking for peace and quiet near the attractions in Pigeon Forge.
Location is extremely quiet. There is a little bit of a drive in and out of the neighborhood, it does come out right in the middle of the Pigeon Forge strip. Home is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you would need for a normal stay. Only minor complaints, no tissues in bathroom, could use a couple extra hand towels and a couple more bars of soap.
We spent 4 nights at this home. There were a few issues when we got there. For some reason I didn’t get the check in email and the place wasn’t cleaned. After speaking with the owner, a cleaner came within an hour. The place was as pictured and close to the main part of Pigeon Forge. It was nice to sit on the back porch swing and enjoy the river. The queen bed was squeaky and sheets wouldn’t stay on with the mattress pad. Then that room’s shower drain wouldn’t stay open. But overall we enjoyed the place.
There was plenty of room at this property and it was also very clean. It was easy to contact the manager with any questions, which was extremely important. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a fantastic property. It is close to attractions, but just far enough away to be peaceful. It is on a great stretch of river. We will definitely stay here again.
The house is in close proximity to the major attractions. The creek which runs behind the property gives a very serene atmosphere, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.
Very convenient to everything . Private street , very comfortable beds! Love the river view from the deck. Had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning to this unit!
This house was perfect for our family. It was exactly like the pictures. It is close to the river and I love the swing under the house. We sat out and watched the river animal activity. Would definitely rent this place again!!!
The house was clean. We would stay there again. Only the fireplace didn’t work but I communicated with the owner and she was going to have it looked in to.
This is the second time we have stayed in the River Pointe community. We travel from Florida at least once a year to enjoy the mountains and the houses on the river are our favorite. This house is very spacious and well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the river view is beautiful. We will definitely return.
We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is right on the river, is close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants, and is in a very nice neighborhood. No steep roads or mountain roads to climb to get to the cottage. It is fun to watch the geese on the river, which is very close to the back deck. There is plenty of room for a nice walk, and there is even a paved walking trail along the river. Pragya responds quickly, and is a good host. Just "relax and live on river time."
The property was located close to everything but far enougb away that you still got to enjoy the TN mountains. We came for Jeep Invasion and were pleasantly surprised to a lift in the parking area we used to take the top off the Jeep. Plenty of kitchen supplies, ziploc bags (a MUST for rental properties), excellent water pressure, and right on a little river. View made for a perfect cup of coffee each morning. Porch swings were also well-used this vacation. Internet was spotty, but we try not to get online to much when on vacay anyway so not a real issue for us. (We didn’t even report it). Overall a great place to stay with the kids after running around Pigeon Forge all day.

Communication could be better
We have stay at this rental in the past and loved it. We were sure we would have the same experience, however the checkin process was disappointing. We did not receive our check in details and I contacted the property manager to get our entry code. I tried several modes of communication as did Verbo. After two hours of trying to contact the property manager I finally received a text message and the problem was solved. I’m hoping this was a one time occurrence. I will however take this into consideration when finding a rental in Pigeon Forge.

Host didn't send access code
I have stayed in the same neighborhood multiple times but this was the first time booking with this host. I've never worried about receiving my access code because it's never been a problem. We drove hrs to Pigeon Forge only for the host to not send us the access code. I messaged and called the host with no reply or answer. I finally called Vrbo and they tried to contact the host. They were unsucessful also and Vrbo had no choice but to give us a refund. It wasn't Vrbo's fault and they did offer a solution for us to find another place to stay and they would pay up to the amt of what we paid if the cost was more. It was July 4th so of course we couldn't find a place to stay so we had to drive hours back home. The host didn't reply to the message or call me back with an apology. I will never book with this host again.
We enjoyed our stay, loved the property and location. Off the main drag but at the same time only minutes from it all! We would definitely stay here again!
We all agreed that staying in a home is so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel, everything from the check in process to the privacy and just feeling at home. We love the location of this particular home because we enjoyed putting our kayaks in the river just right behind us. It is also very convenient to the other local attractions as well. We will definitely be staying here again! Homeowner was very good about responding quickly as well and seems very nice!
Pragya was a wonderful host! Had an issue with the internet/tv and she worked to get it resolved. All the amenities you need are there. My family had a great time!
