“My husband is disabled and we don't get to get out much this little cabin was just what we needed we sat outside on the porch early morning watching the dark turn into light the sound of the water trees whistling in the wind the Canadian geese were beautiful cabin was so clean and nicely kept and the host was prompt with everything we needed I definitely found our favorite place thanks for making our 29th anniversary a memorable trip ”

“Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. That was such a tiny part of the visit, it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again though. Overall I enjoyed the...

“Host communicates well. Property is perfect for three sets of couples, plus a few kids and pets. Clean and comfortable. Very private lake access. Our second time here and plan to come back again!”

“We needed somewhere to unwind that we could also take our three fur babies. Couldn't have asked for a better escape! The sunrises, the sunsets, The horses right out the window. Just enough modern convenience blended in to an 1880's escape. Our fur babies loved the walks of the gravel driveway every morning and night. The horses would come over to greet us. Cuddling up to a warm fire was just the perfect touch to end each day. We plan to come back!”

“I rented this for my elderly uncle to stay in for our wedding weekend. He loved everything about it and felt very comfortable. He said one of the mornings he was sitting on the porch drinking his coffee, when a baby owl landed near him and stayed there for a long while! ”

“The cute cabin was so nice. We loved seating in the rockers on the front porch admiring the water fountain in the pond. We were less than 20 minutes from the Bristol Dragway. Hope to visit again soon!”

“We loved our time here, my son and dogs enjoyed the creek so much and we enjoyed the privacy of the cabin. We ate every meal outside and had a fire every night. The folding camp chairs are a nice touch and we relaxed in them every evening. Thank you for a wonderful stay that my son will remember for years to come! ”

“House is beautiful and view of lake is exceptional. Lake still has wood floating around from the Hurricane. We had a lot of rain during our stay but was still able to spend time out on our boats. Only complaint is the house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Lots of dust and debris on floors and window seals. Would stay again if cleaned better. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we really enjoyed the beauty.. ”
