Breakfast was horrible all 3 days we were here. 1st day Breakfast: Biscuits and slop gravy, with little specs of sausage in it. No bacon, eggs, sausage or "Full Breakfast" they advertised. Continental at best. Juice machine was off. I had to ask why. They turned it on, but it gave me some nasty watered down residue that I dranked and had to spit out. They then had to clean it out and did a lot of steps to make it drinkable. Coffee was Cold or leftover 2nd day Breakfast: Potatoes and something that looked like frozen chicken bites or nuggets. Batter was falling off from being previously frozen. No Eggs, bacon, sausage or the "Full Breakfast" they advertised. Coffee was cold or leftover Went outside around 2:00am Monday morning to smoke, and the same overnight rep from Fri, Sat, Sun , who failed at making a "Full Breakfast" for guest 3days in a row was sitting down washing dishes and had already put out the Breakfast that starts at 6am. That's 4hrs it will be sitting there. What got me was they have now combined the leftover Biscuits and Gravy from Sat morning with the Sun morning Potatoes and Chicken bites together to appear as though it is a "FULL Breakfast for Monday morning's guest. 😆 What a Joke. I only booked with this hotel because of their pool and the so-called "Full Breakfast" included. What a let down. 😠 Thank God there are a few restaurants nearby to go to.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted me and my daughter with smiles, and they were eager to help. They gave us rooms right next to each other, but unfortunately, we needed to move due to an air conditioner issue. The gentleman at the front desk immediately sent maintenance to take a look and relocated us down the hall to another room with no hesitation. We took advantage of the lounge area, the food and the conversations with the other guests was absolutely amazing. My future visits to the Augusta area will definitely include Doubletree as a place to lodge.

I loved it! Surprisingly fantastic! Great AC btw. Comfortable. Literally would stay again!
