We arrived during an absolute downpour with flash flood warnings after hours on the interstate. As first-time guests, I expected a simple welcome and basic check-in information. Instead, I was handed key cards with no greeting, no directions to the room or elevator, no parking information, and no mention of breakfast or any other hotel amenities. “We booked here (2 nights) and was told we would be able to use the rooftop bar to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We even called before booking to ensure the bar would be open and accessible and were told yes. 4th rolls around and we start seeing signage stating the rooftop bar was booked by a private party and no guests were welcome up there. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known this! The hotel staff were nice but the rooms were nasty! There were toenail clippings on the carpet,……
