Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small but comfortable. Facility needed some attention check in area was cluttered with material not very pleasing.

Our stay was great.

The room was clean and service is fast and friendly. We asked for ice was fast in delivery. The hotel itself has been and looks like still in remodeling mode, but I was a little surprised that Wyndam has not put newer patio furniture out by the pool. What was there was in really bad shape.

Great Experience

We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage.

We have stayed here before and this time the room was very nice. They have been updating rooms and it shows. Housekeeping could do a little better job . There was dust all over everything. Breakfast could be a little better, and they could offer coffee service a little longer. But it was well worth the price.

Location to the event I was attending was close by. Shower was uncomfortable shower head too low for a person taller than six feet. Sink and shower were dirty, not cleaned very well. Confortor had places that looked like they had been burnt holes in it and then someone hand sewed them closed. At first we were given a smoking room which I had asked for non smoking. Then when I got to the first room the door wasn't even closed or locked. We got another room given to us. Later I asked for a room for my son. Because of his job he carries a pistol. He came late and managment called the cops. His badge and his credential he had on him. Finally go to his room and settled after midnight. Crazy night.
