Our clean towels were wet. The phone didn't work. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The day after I left the room, I had multiple bed bug bites on my body. When I called to discuss this concern with the hotel staff, they denied a bed bug problem and hung up on me. Multiple reviews have cited similar experiences despite the hotel denying any complaints. The outlet between the beds was broken and there were very few other outlets. The pool was green until day 3 of our stay. The breakfast didn’t offer much, which is ok, but it would have been nice to offer some fridge items or some different things. We stayed 4 nights and were not offered any tidying or towels, but we went and asked for some.
