We had a room without a pullout couch. There were no pillows in the room for the bed. We went to the front desk and asked to which they replied..."we don't have pillows" How is that possible? When we used the pool on Saturday no one had been in to clean since the night before. A entire basket full of dirty towels, pool was dirty, and random items in the pool (floaties) trash on all the tables. When we went to ask for towels for the pool. They also said they didn't have any... a couple of the outlets in the room made weird noises when we plugged something into them. Asked after we checked it to have it fixed, was told the next day...nothing...other person said they are not replacing safes after they stop working. Some of the lights didn't have all the bulbs. At one point I needed to call the front desk...the phone didn't work, so had to walk to it. They only cleaned the room every third day. Had to buy air freshener due to the odor in the room. Workers smoke right outside the entrance and for non-smokers it is disgusting. When I checked in and when I left ! Nice room. Bathroom sink needed some liquid plumber , it had a drainage problem.
