"Pleasant place to stay with a lovely view of the lake. It is a peaceful setting with lots to offer. Our November stay and the cold snap that moved in toward the end of our visit did not allow for much outdoor time but we had a few hours of sunshine to enjoy the water view from the deck. There is some level of water view from almost every room in the house in the fall. And the heat worked great when the outdoor temp reached the low 30s with wind chill of 18 degrees! We also enjoyed the dart board and games in the lower level rec area. It is nice to have bathrooms for almost every bedroom and the kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals for a large family. The host was communicative and quick to answer questions. We brought our pet who also seemed very happy - lots of new places to sniff!!We would happily visit again!!!!!!"

"We spent a month at Firefly Estate and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have visited SML for 5 years during October, but due to our previous rental being sold, we had to find another place to stay. Luckily, we found Firefly Estate. The house was amazing and looked and smelled brand new. Exceptionally clean. We were amazed to see the number of bedrooms and private bathrooms throughout. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked - we like to cook and had no problem finding kitchen tools during our stay. If you prefer to go out, you are so close to restaurants and local stores you can eat out and be home in just a few minutes without the long and twisty drive like other places. The house has a fantastic saltwater heated pool. Even in October with the chilly nights, the water was warm and refreshing during the mild days and cool nights. For those of us who wanted something warmer, the new & large hot tub was available. The house also has a great dock allowing you to park a boat under a covered area with electricity nearby. We caught many stripers and nice bass during our stay. The house is in a cove with approximately 4 other rentals. During our stay we saw a few other guests, but with the layout of the area we had plenty of privacy and did not feel like others were piled on top of us. Most importantly, the host was amazing! Easy to chat with and offering staff support throughout our stay. Though we rarely needed anything due to the perfect home. :-). Highly recommend!"
