Discover the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains in this 3500 sq. ft. log cabin nestled on 50 acres . Private and secluded, yet accessible , and inviting you to explore the areas many attractions. Located just 20 minutes North of Roanoke, Virginia, and 25 minutes South of Historic Lexington, Virginia. Beautiful Log Cabin with panoramic mountain views. Offering 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, Great room with gas fireplace, large family room. Enjoy an adult beverage at the custom made Bar made from reclaimed barnwood, called "The Rusty Roof Saloon." Private creek runs throughout the property, great for fishing , tube floating or just relaxing ! (Hours are from 10-4 daily) Also a Bonfire Pit for your enjoyment! You will be able to hike local trails, Peaks of Otter/Apple Orchard Falls to name a few, or the Appalachian Trail itself. If kayaking, canoeing, or tubing is something you like, we are 3 miles to Twin River Outfitters! Shuttle is available! Many local wineries, microbreweries, and restaurants within a-25 mile radius. Take a stroll in the quaint town of Buchanan and enjoy Mom and Pop restaurants, antique shops and more!! 12 miles from Peaks of Otter. Horseback riding within 20 miles. Leave your stress and worries behind !! Come and relax at Cooper's Cabin!

Breath taking views
We had the most memorable stay! The house was very spacious, beautiful inside & out, and clean. We had everything we needed. Cindy was quick to respond & very sweet. We enjoyed all the amenities. We were there to celebrate our son’s college graduation from VMI, he is now a 2nd Lieutenant in the Marine Corps and couldn’t be more proud! We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Cooper's Cabin; the mountain and valley views were breathtaking from this well-maintained cabin nestled on the top of a manicured rolling hill. The cabin itself did not disappoint: extremely clean and well appointed multi-level rooms and family areas. The balcony is the perfect place to take in the mountain views during the day and unrestricted starry nights (i.e., no light bleed over to obscure the heavens).

Cooper's Cabin provides our family the perfect place to gather! Our host communicated with us everything we needed to know. The location was quiet and peaceful, but within short distance to Breweries and the Virginia Safari Park! First time fishing moments at Cooper's Creek and watching shooting stars from the deck at night priceless!

You Will Moy Be Disappointed in the least!
Cooper’s Cabin is a hidden gem with the best views, the best hosts, with all the comforts of home (but way more fun)! The downstairs tiki bar and pool table was great family fun each night! And the funny thing is, we have a pool table at home, but never play :)

Great cabin with Gorgeous views!
We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Virginia Tech. At just under an hour to Blacksburg, it was the perfect spot for our family of ten. The cabin has the most gorgeous views you’ll find in the area. It’s private, has plenty of both indoor and outdoor space, and lots of charm. Everything was very clean and the house is well equipped with what you’ll need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed coffee on the spacious deck in the mornings and sat out by the fire pit most evenings which we found very enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book. This place is a great find!

VMI Graduation week
This was the perfect house for our family while we gathered to celebrate our son’s graduation from VMI. Plenty of indoor and beautiful outdoor space to gather and relax. The home had everything we needed, and the owners were extremely helpful, accommodating & quick to respond to questions. A beautiful, well appointed cabin with gorgeous views and tons of amenities. We enjoyed walking to the creek and meeting the owners dogs, as well as hanging by the fire and playing in the game room. The hosts have thought of everything. 10/10 .
