“櫃檯小姐態度平淡，對於飯店的設施少說明。房間光源很暗，空間可，浴室俱備L型的按摩浴缸，因我們使用三溫暖，所以未使用按摩浴缸。飯店的烤箱勉強可容納4個人，有點小，蒸氣室也只能容納兩個人，有其他人在使用時，很不方便！她有一個中等大小的室內游泳池，Wifi使用起來還算流暢。熱水壺需要的話可向櫃檯索取，有陽台面對山景”

“We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts.”
