"The property had everything you could need for the perfect group trip. The host was accessible the whole time leading up to the stay and during the stay, they also helped us arrange many activities. The photos can’t even begin to do the property justice!!! We will definitely be staying again!"

"We spent a long time researching the best place to stay for our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children under the age of 7) and had high expectations based on previous reviews and the photos, we were not disappointed. The location is wonderful, the views stunning (lovely sunsets) and being high up on the cliffs it is cooled by coastal winds so there is generally no need for air conditioning although the front downstairs bedroom can get a little hot but the owners have supplied a fan in this room. The main upstairs bedroom is vast with a similar sized bathroom and a balcony looking out to sea, other rooms are much as described although the second downstairs bedroom had two sets of bunk beds which was not clear from the description, this was not an issue as we had youngsters in there, but it isn't suitable for adults. The check in and check out in process with Cyrielle (agent) was smooth and a problem with a non-functioning dishwasher fixed the next working day. We did not expect towels for the pool/beach but expected a hand towel per person in addition to a bath/shower towel and there was no towel spare for the downstairs toilet. The local beaches Magaud and Mejan are not easily accessible being a 10 minute walk along the road followed by a steep 10 minute walk to the sea. The excellent sandy beaches of Plages Mourillion however are only a 10 minute drive withe free parking. We loved the villa and were sorry to leave."

"Upon booking, the villa appeared promising. However, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we noticed overflowing trash bins from prior guests. Despite our expectations, no one came to clear them, leaving us to manage our waste in an already congested space. To our dismay, upon departure, we were chided for leaving trash, despite our efforts to minimize waste and responsibly segregate recyclables. Additionally, a tropical storm damaged two sun umbrellas during our stay, for which we were unexpectedly charged 800 euros. While the property itself is picturesque, the nearby beaches were underwhelming, often dirty. This led us to drive an hour daily to pristine beaches like those in Nice, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, or Cap d’Ail. In summary, our experience was less than satisfactory. While the property has potential, the issues we faced make it unlikely for us to return or recommend"
