“Double réservation donc ils ont donné ma chambre à l'autre personne car sa réservation était d'une durée plus longue que la mienne donc j'ai eu une chambre miniature avec aucune fenêtre ”

“So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“The worst place ever you should be shut down. Dirty mold in the pool 6$ for ice 30$ if you bring food in the room disgusting bathroom.when was the last time you cleaned the bathrooms in the rooms.”

“First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to……

“Total lies on the website regarding this location. There are no room fridges or A/C. Totally misleading and when contacted no one speaks English or will help. We only stayed for a couple of nights because of being so misled and no refund was offered. In fact there reply was, hope to see you again. Would not recommend at all.”

“Perfect Inn. Great sunset views from the 3rd floor. Met all my needs. A full Breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes and more) was a 90 second walk to the same owners bar. Breakfast on the Pacific! A/C , hot water, fridge all worked great. Pool and outdoor shower were a nice plus for sand and hot days. Thanks for the stay Henry!”
