### Idyllic Riverside Country Cottage for 6

Located on the South Downs Way overlooking meadows and riverbanks, enjoy this spectacular three bedroom cottage for up to six people.  
  
Moments from the pretty medieval village of Alfriston and within the South Downs National Park, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards (check out nearby Rathfinny), the Boomsbury set's Charleston or maybe opera at Glyndebourne.  
  
Enjoy meals with family and friends in the open plan kitchen diner with fabulous space for celebrations and food preparation and a large dining table with space for 8.  
It's very well equipped with everything you'll need for full self-catering.  
  
Think cosy living room with two huge sofas and comfortable chairs overlooking your private terrace and the meadows and winding river beyond.  
  
There are three bedrooms upstairs; one twin, one double and the master ensuite room, which can be set as kingsize or with twin beds if preferred.  
  
As well as the ensuite shower room in the master bedroom, there is a separate large family bathroom upstairs with a big bath and double sinks, plus a downstairs cloakroom.  
  
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
