"This is a lovely spacious villa with a beautiful garden and pool. It is a short distance from Pollenca town (20 min walk or short drive). Only a 10 min drive to the beach (Port du Pollenca). Nice outdoor seating area. Two kitchens! One of these has a bbq. Kitchen quite basic in terms of equipment. Beware there were no basics like salt and pepper, water etc when we arrived and only one toilet roll per bathroom! We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the villa and location."

"The host was excellent and very responsive to a couple of issues that arose. The pool is wonderful and great for kids. If the house were updated and some minor renovations carried out this would be an amazing villa. However the house is not as bright and airy as the photographs show and when we arrived it had a musty feel to it. The shutters were all closed on arrival but even opening them and the windows the house still felt dark and musty. The house is also in need of updating particularly...
