They were exceptionally helpful with some custom communication about how to do a late check-in which we greatly appreciated. The buffet here is excellent and I really enjoyed it. There was a minor issue with the shower doors not ceiling properly, which led to water on the floor, but otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“The hotel staff were excellent from the time we arrived until we left a week later. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always attentive and happy to help with anything we required. Our room was first class and both our room and the hotel and grounds generally were spotlessly clean and well maintained. “Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich spitze. Es fehlte an nichts. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und dementsprechend kalt im Juni. Auch die Reinigung des Pools war nicht optimal. Deshalb haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Sonst war aber alles prima 😊”

Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption, den sauberen und ordentlichen Zimmern, das sagenhaft gute und reichhaltige Frühstück und den sehr aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Servicemitarbeiterinnen. Zu Fragen bezüglich Sálo, den Verkehrsmitteln und den Gemeinden am Gardasee konnte die Besitzerin des Hauses sehr freundlich und kompetent antworten. “The location was amazing! Such a cute little area! The staff was really helpful and they helped arrange a shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel. The only thing to prepare for is the small rooms and limited amenities. Also in the pictures it shows a pool but that does not come with the hotel; it is the thermal spa nearby. P.s. You should go on the boat ride tour! It’s so fun! P.p.s. This was written from a child’s perspective!”
