1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well.
2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair.
3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults.
4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not dispense the correct beverage. She was told “sorry that’s a third party vendor and I can’t do anything about it.”
5. We could not figure out how to get the tv chsnnels to work and when asked we were told every room has a different input so try others. To her credit, she did offer to come up and help however it was late and was not worth the time any longer.
We were very dissapointed in our stay and will not be staying again. I am shocked that it has an ‘8’ rating.
