there is nothing unique about the property. the 2 entry ways were dirty. the carpets in the hallways and lobby are dirty. the entrance through the arch has cigarete butts on the floor and the floor is filthy, looks like the glass of the entry doors never are cleaned. The paint on the handles of the entry doors are all chipped. Painted sidewalks that are all chipping. Breakfast not great. First morning they were out of milk by 8:30am. Our bathroom - one of the bolts for the toilet seat was missing, so it was always moving. The caulk around the toilet is dark yellow. The sink has a crack in it.

Staff very nice but owner needs to invest in that excercise room n that pool. Plus fixing whats broken n a nice paint job for appearance 😒. Water in pool was very cold n dirty floor in pool. Spend 2 nights n very disappointed that I needed to excercise due to having RA in that pool. But couldn't n 2 or 3 pieces of excercise equipment is sad for being a.nice hotel. Breakfast nice n staff could've had the keys to turn heat in pool n better equipment to clean bottom

The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls, you had to slam the door to make it work and with all the rooms doing that at all hours it didn’t make an enjoyable experience.

Hotel hallways seemed dirty and unkempt but the room was thankfully clean. Simple breakfast offerings like cereal, yogurt, muffins, waffle maker, hot scrambled eggs, sausage links. Same variety both days of stay. Pool was okay for the kids.
