    🚤 Launch your boat from our private boat ramp with gulf access (no bridges)
    🚲 Take one of our 7 bikes down to one of the nearby waterside parks or restaurants w/ live music
    🏓 Play some ping pong, connect 4, cornhole or darts in our gaming garage
    🔥 Enjoy s’mores on the firepit
    🏝️ Visit a nearby beach (4 miles), Weeki Wachi Crystal springs, or rent a boat to explore nearby island Anclote Key

    Our newly remodeled 3BR/2BA canal home offers something for everyone and has the space for the whole family to spread out! This unique property features a large heated inground pool overlooking the canal that has direct gulf access, fire pit area, propane grill, gaming garage, two private docks and boat ramp, 4 sit on kayaks, 7 bikes, lifesize connect 4, cornhole, as well as a parking pad for your boat trailer.

    The fun coastal vibe extends on into each bedroom, each of which has hotel quality bedding, USB bedside lamps, Roku smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom and lanai are conveniently cooled by a separate mini-split system with remote controlled thermostat for enhanced comfort. The enclosed lanai is the perfect spot to lounge, catch a game and munch on some snacks while still enjoying the water views and the sun!

    We are delighted to allow your fur babies to accompany you during your stay (Note: up to 2 dofs allowed, no cats due to family allergies). Please include them in your booking, as there is a $100 pet fee required.

    We are kid & family friendly and include items such as a pack n play with mattress and sheets, baby monitor system, high chair, magnetic building blocks, card games, pool basketball hoop, floats, goggles, dive toys, bikes, kids scooter, sippy cups, toddler utensils/plates, baby pool float & 2 puddle jumpers (children 33- 55 lbs). If you require any additional baby proofing, please let us know upon booking!

    If you plan to bring a boat or jet-skis, please inform us prior to booking, as we will need to confirm its size. The canal reaches a depth of 3-3.5ft during low-tide, so boats with larger drafts may need to be trailered during low-tide.

    We can safely accommodate the following sized boats:
    -Up to 26ft long
    -Up to 3.5ft draft
    -Up to 10ft wide
    -No tall towers or hard tops (due to low tree limbs in path of ramp)

    If your boat falls outside these specifications, you are still welcome to bring your boat, you just may need to use the public ramp a few blocks down on our street.

    Please note the pool is heated with solar.

The stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and it literally had everything you could possibly think of. We had family swing by to see us , the pool, kayaks and being able to dock our boat made the trip.

Our family loved this location! Lots of things to do and see. We had our dog with us and there was great areas for morning walks! The fishing was great and the kayaks were awesome.

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was resolved quickly by the owner. The inside of the house was very clean but more attention could have been given to the outside lawn and pool areas. We could tell that a dog had recently stayed there prior to our arrival.

We has a wonderful visit. Our youngest son is in the military and was home on leave for two weeks, so we booked a last minute trip to spend quality time with family and friends. We couldn’t have asked for a cuter place to stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will be our go to pick moving forward..

We had a great time. We had three boys and they enjoyed the bikes, fishing, kayaking, and pool! They also played all the games in the house. Property was clean and great location. It kept our kids busy and off electronics!!! Great place to stay!

Diana’s house was perfect for our family! The location was great…within walking distance to both shopping and dining. The house is exactly as pictured and is very clean. Diana was a very responsive host, usually answering questions within 5 minutes! Highly recommend this home and we hope to be back next year!

This house is absolutely adorable and has everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay! The home was clean and the ammenities were fantastic. There is plenty of room for everyone, the beds are comfortable, and the owner was great to communicate with. The neighborhood and the area aren't the greatest, but we felt safe and it certainly didn't detract from how much we liked this house.

Beautiful house w fabulous pool

This is a beautiful three bedroom home with a large warmly heated pool. Nicely decorated and well equipped. We loved it. Adjacent to property a canal with docks & ramp for fishing. It’s a short distance to the Gulf. The location was great for SUP, beach, shopping, sightseeing ,restaurants. From this home, we went to stand up paddle boarding in Crystal River, Anclote River. Weedon Preserve. 5 STAR Host: Helped us in every way. Got back to us immediately with any questions. She’s a sweetheart.

Best stay I've ever had!

I don't often write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this charming home. What a treat it was to stay here! Every room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The large pool and cozy house were so inviting that I barely wanted to leave and explore Port Richey—I enjoyed it too much at the house! The amenities were incredible: a private boat ramp, kayaks, bikes, a ping pong table, and even a dart board. The host thoughtfully provided a high chair, a pack 'n play, toys, and sippy cups for families with little ones. Diana, the host, was incredibly sweet and made me feel like I could truly make her home my own. I'm so grateful for her hospitality and can't recommend this place enough!

Wow! The property was great the property was exactly as advertised! The checkin process could not have been easier. The canal had fish jumping, The beds were comfortable the water pressure in the showers was just right, Light House Pizza is a place you want to order from The pizza and subs were so good and the delivery person was so nice! Whiskey Joes is one of our favorites places in the area they were good too! Now back to the house anything you could need was there. The croutons are amazing intact I am getting a few. The pool had floats and pool towels were supplied! Look no Ore you found your perfect rental. Thank you Diane for a great time

A Memorable Getaway

I decided to take my mother, daughter, and my daughter’s friend on a week-long vacation to Port Richey, Florida. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Diana, our host, was truly amazing. Her thoughtfulness was in all the little touches she included in our vacation rental. We spent most of our days in the sun at the beach. I was thrilled to discover a mesh beach bag, beach towels, a speaker, umbrella, beach mat, a first aid kit, and so many other items waiting for us at the house. This vacation rental had everything we could possibly need and more. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and other goodies. With multiple dining areas, we could choose to eat inside,on the lanai, outside by the pool, or on the front porch, each offering a unique relaxing atmosphere. The decor was simply stunning, great Fun Florida vibes!!! An oversized washing machine and a dishwasher made our stay even more convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There were so many activities to enjoy without ever leaving the house. I’m sad we didn’t have the opportunity to kayak, however, my mother and I did bike around the neighborhood. The area was so peaceful. We ended our days with a dip in the pool, both amazing and refreshing!!! We truly felt at home and were sad to leave. Without a doubt, we will most definitely be back again. Our stay was perfect, relaxing, and fun. Thank-you so much for providing such a wonderful place and memories we will cherish forever !!
