Providing electrical, water, and sewer hookups all while located just a quick walk away from one of the least crowded beaches in Florida, Indian Pass. Known as more of an "Old Florida" feel, Indian Pass has great fishing, shelling, and lots of natural wildlife. This lot is just a few minutes from the Indian Pass boat ramp, the world famous Indian Pass Oyster Bar, St Vincent Island Wildlife Refudge, or a short drive to St Joseph's Peninsula State Park.
