A quiet, shaded lot, with lots of vegetation providing natural privacy. Providing electrical, water, and sewer hookups all while located just a quick walk away from one of the least crowded beaches in Florida, Indian Pass. Known as more of an "Old Florida" feel, Indian Pass has great fishing, shelling, and lots of natural wildlife. This lot is just a few minutes from the Indian Pass boat ramp, the world famous Indian Pass Oyster Bar, St Vincent Island Wildlife Refudge, or a short drive to St Joseph's Peninsula State Park. Come relax and get away from it all.

Relaxing

Everything is as listed on the website, is a relax quiet and the beach is a walking distance from lot, the only downside is a low phone signal on Tmobile service, water in ocean wasn’t as clear as Mexico’s beach, but not sure if is always like that or just the days i was there , i would definitely come back, the stars view at night was amazing,🙂🙂
