The decor, fittings and facilities are all of the highest quality, and the artworks throughout the whole building that are a theme of the hotel are delightful. Our room had views over fields to the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the bathroom was superb. “I have stayed here many times. The location is extremely good being very close to the centre of town. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean with good ensuite bathrooms. Hair dryer & ironing equipment available if needed. The wi fi is extremely good & free which is more than can be said for Premier Inns. “Great location as a base to walk the coastal path /connections. The staff were so lovely and helpful I couldn't fault them. It was great to have a bath in the room, a rarity in a stay like this and very welcome after a hard day's walking(!). “Just home from a overnight stay here. 4 double rooms was booked and couldn't of been happier. Was greatest by a very friendly girl who explained everything we needed to know. We unpacked and got changed after a long day motorcycling. Headed down for food which was outstanding complete with desert. After we went into the bar for a few games of pool and drinks. All the staff and locals was super friendly. The rooms complete with tea/coffee facilities freeview tv double bed shower over bath. 👌……

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating.
