Listen, they are not going to be around a lot. No one at the desk when you arrive and not throughout the night. Its more a bed and breakfast. Front door is loud, you hear it when you sleep and other guests come and go. Those are the draw backs The staff, Anna especially is lovely. They did their best with redoing the place and conveniently located. Is it the best experience ever? No. But clean safe and close to beach and good breakfast

The beach attached to the back of the property was a bit difficult to get down to, but that didn’t stop us from climbing down there to get the full experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large and recently updated. No complaints at all. Very quiet. Be prepared for a bit of a walk (15 minutes?) to the main tourist area of Praia de Rocha. There is minimal on site parking; but if there are no spots available when you arrive, you can park for free on the street until a spot becomes available so I wouldn’t worry about it. Very beautiful area. If you’re looking for a nice spot just a bit outside of the main crowded area, this is perfect....
