“The location is great, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It’s a very small hotel so there isn’t really anyone around most of the time especially in the evenings. We checked in around 7 and the staff member seemed annoyed by that as they wanted to get going, so make sure to check in closer to 4. There was also a few times we asked for things like a corkscrew and water and the same staff member seemed very annoyed by that, also ice is apparently not something that they’re able to……

“Convenient location, a very short walk to the beach. The opportunity of having all inclusive food and drinks is a plus. Staff was quick to answer questions and help with other arrangements.”

“這趟旅行中第４間羅萊夏朵聯盟飯店，因為處在陽光洋溢的葡萄牙南部，飯店的氣氛和裝扮非常迥異於原本羅萊夏朵飯店該有的氛圍，但富含南洋氣息的色彩繽紛，非常有當地的特色。飯店內的米其林一星餐廳，主廚提供有創意的當地食材料理，無微不至倍感尊貴的服務，叫人印象深刻。”

“Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。”

“Terrible experience with host and apartment. The apartment had a major water leak from the ceiling, making it completely impossible to take a shower. To make matters worse, I sent multiple messages and called the host repeatedly, but received zero response. Avoid this place!”

“L’appartement est très bien placé. De bonne grandeur pour 5. Toutefois ce sont les seuls points positifs. L’arrivée était chaotique. Le code d’entrée n’a jamais fonctionné. Il n’y avait pas le code du wifi. Le responsable ne répond pas. Le lave vaisselle coulait et le lit a perdu un morceau pendant la nuit. Au départ pour 10:00, l’internet a été coupé à 9:45. 4 serviettes de bain pour 5….pas de papier de toilette. Désolant.”
