We truly appreciated how Jay struck the perfect balance of checking in to make sure we were doing well while also giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay. It made us feel completely at home.The notes and information he left throughout the house were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and thorough. Everything was so well organized that we never had to wonder where anything was or how anything worked.We had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the hospitality.

This two-story smaller home sits behind the owners’ residence. The rooms are actually quite spacious. It is modern and well-appointed. We used the private patio seating for a family gathering of about 8 people very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

Good experience overall -- very quiet, had almost everything I needed (kitchen pots and pans are lacking, especially lids), comfortable place to stay in a lovely Portland neighborhood.

This tiny house is neatly tucked away off the street in a nice neighborhood. It has a nice homey feel and had everything we needed.

Peaceful oasis in SE

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very comfortable, peaceful, and very well appointed with everything we needed for our six-night stay. We loved the patio and the two floor format. Terrific location in SE.

Cozy Portland get a way

This cottage is cozy and clean . Lovely neighborhood, very quiet.Easy check in and out.Host is responsive in a timely manner to questions . Close to groceries and restaurants…(host was very helpful with suggestions) We are happy to have found this gem. - we will be back.

Nice place to stay in Portland.

This is a very nice, new and clean property. There is a patio for family style get together and a balcony off the second floor bedroom. I recommend this rental to anyone visiting Portland.

Absolutely fabulous! We would definitely stay here again. This is a beautiful guesthouse tucked away behind the main house. Very private and quiet. The grounds are lush; almost felt like we were in an enchanted forest. The home was clean and comfortable, and very roomy, yet cozy. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, better than any other we have stayed in. Great communication with the host, very friendly. The neighborhood was stunningly beautiful as everything was in bloom. It was a pleasure to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. There were so many to choose from! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Portland Cottage

Very nice two story cottage. No complaints really. Bed could be a little better, my wife and I prefer a harder mattress. Good location, friendly host. Would stay again.

Perfect for a visit with family in Gresham

The property was as represented - clean, fresh, newish and private. Its a separate 2 story building tucked behind a neighborhood house in a quiet area. We hope to stay again next time we're in Portland.

Cozy Cottage

I stayed here with my two kids 5 and 4 for 5 nights. The cottage is a new construction with modern appliances and tastefully furnished. Our needs were met by the cottage. Jay and his wife were nice and friendly host. We will definitely come here when we are in Portland.

Great location for city life

Close to many great restaurants. There’s a Target two blocks away that had everything we forgot to bring. The house is super cute with great patio. The host Jay and Kay were very good to us. Thank you.
