We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city and enjoy everything nearby. The staff ( Maria and the other lady ) at Guestify were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional when we visited to pay the city taxes. Their customer service was outstanding! I also requested a few extra coffee capsules, and they were delivered almost immediately. We truly appreciated their kindness, attentiveness, and quick response. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I do not have anything bad to say about this property and I have given 5 stars for everything. You must be aware that you will have to walk roughly 600 meters to pay taxes or to store your luggage. This was not a problem for us but can be an issue for people with mobility issues. In our case staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They extended our checkout time for an extra hours and met us during their lunch hour to pick up our luggage. Thanks you for your help.

Fantastic accommodation option on a quiet street very close to the Mercado, restaurants and shopping. Porto is so walkable anyway, but it’s great to be at the centre of so much. Staff were amazing. Check-in location is a short walk to the accommodation. Kitchen facilities provide a handy self-sufficiency option.

Very nice modern studio with great features, full kitchen, excellent location to everything including transportation. Very functionally designed for a comfortable no worries stay. The hotel was perfect . Very easy to self check in and the actually check in for tax payment is only a few minutes up the street . The hotel is very centered to everything and has a little balcony overlooking the square. You’re also briefly able to pull right in front of hotel to unload your luggage. We had a rental and utilized Telpark , which was literally a 5 minute walk away and super cheap w/ in and out privilege. Also recommended the tasting menu at DomoDomo next door; it was adorable and delicious. When back in Porto I’ll rent here again .

Best experience at this property. We got the transfer service from the airport. Fast and efficient. Maria greeted us at the office and was helpful and very kind. Gave us suggestions. Really enjoyed her. The apartment was perfect for me and my friend. Close to everything. Truly recommend this property!
