Big deck for hanging out outside. Lots of parking. Lake is within 100 yards, there is a boat ramp minutes away. That ramp is then minutes from beaches such as The Cut, South Beach, Three Fingers. The Dam is also nearby for cliff jumping. Evergreen Marina and Porum Marina minutes away.
